A large section of one corner of the exhibit hall contained this quilting exhibit. In addition to a group of women demonstrating actual quilting, the area around them displayed many finished quilts.

A handsome quilt featured two samurai fighting in its center surrounded by a field of gold with a border of blue.

A quilt in a more traditional design featured squares within and between squares. A red square was in the center of all but one of the individually designed squares.

A quilt featured Marilyn Monroe and scenes from the movie "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes." Photos were applied to cloth and then the cloth sewn-in as part of the quilt.

A very expensive looking quilt was created from progressively larger rows and columns intersecting. That design and the colors and use of images created a really fine quilt.

A white on white design featured angels and point to point hearts as design elements on either side of the angels.
