A model train was set up in one corner of the exhibit hall. A fellow watched the trains go round and round the elevated track. In the foreground was a "Clark's Curve" sign.

Several operators worked inside the tracks to keep the exhibit operating. Notice books stacked on a table and for sale to interested persons.

A rest stop was set up alongside the tracks. Several cars were parked there, and folks were enjoying a lunch at the picnic tables under mature shade trees. Despite it being midday, the parking lot lights were illuminated.

Livestock pens were set up alongside the train tracks. Pigs, cows and sheep were each in their own pens. A truck was parked alongside and intended to either drop off or pick up.

A drive in restaurant was filled with cars and offered, "Hotdogs, fries, and onion rings." A car hop was just serving a customer in a gray station wagon.

A train labeled, "The City Of San Francisco," chugged past on one of two rail lines. This particular engine was hauling freight.

O for University of Oregon, double decker passenger cars passed by. The "Go Ducks" on the side referenced the Oregon Ducks, American-style football team.
