A modest sign was etched into the granite blocks that formed the eastern entry into the Aids Memorial Grove. That sign read, "National Aids Memorial Grove."

The Path In
The path into the Aids Memorial Grove was shaded by trees on both sides. The path was made of asphalt and had gathered dirt over time.

A Bench
A simple bench was formed of a board laid atop stacked stones. This bench provided a place for the weary visitor to sit and rest.

Name Compass
The "Hemophilia Memorial Circle" was formed by etching names into granite slabs. The names were of those who died of Aids. In addition to names were the four compass points. A few of the names were, "Bill & Kathy McAdam," and "Todd Smith," and "Carol Casper M.D."

Western Entrance
A large boulder was painted with a sign and surrounded by pink flowers. That boulder and sign formed the western entrance to the Aids Memorial Grove. Behind the boulder was the staircase down into the grove.
