Originally from a small town of the south of France, Antoine learned graphic design, visual art and advertising in Toulouse, France and Brussels, Belgium before moving to the USA and becoming a mural artist. The Windsor, located at 238 Eddy Street at Taylor in San Francisco's Tenderloin District, joined the Department of Public Health's Direct Access to Housing Program in 1999, and was brought in to the DISH portfolio in 2007. Built in 1909, the Windsor Hotel is a six story, 94 unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Hotel, with 49 private bath units, 41 communal bath units and 2 programmatic units.[from dishsf.org]
