The sign credited the members of SUMAC (Spokane Urban Mural Art Collective) with the execution of this mural. The Spokesman on-line newspaper listed the artists by name as: Tiffany Patterson, Jason Corcoran, Jesse Pierpoint, Zach Grassi and Nory Baker. The bottom of the sign listed the students who inspired this mural.

The first panel showed a large bright sun over the city skyline.

The mural ranged along the sidewalk under the railroad tracks. A rainbow began atop a doorway and extended into the panel just beyond.

A part of the mural could be glimpsed through the uprights that held up the railroad tracks.
