Roof Covered With Tanning Hides
The roof was concrete discolored with some form of oil. Dozens of animal hides were being tanned on the roof.

Elsewhere Only A few Hides
Elsewhere, busted windows and crumbled concrete illustrated a lack of upkeep. Only a few hides decorated this part of the roof.

Weeds Sprouted On Part Of The Roof
Parts of the roof were beginning to sprout weeds. This resembled the prediction of how freeways would fare following an apocalypse.

A Ramp Down
A ramp down to the lower prison level. The lack of barred windows were due to scavengers ripping the metal from the concrete frames.
