Long Tom Was More A Creek
The Long Tom River bordered the fair along its eastern side. This part of the river looked like more of a creek than a river.

The Upper River Loop
This part of the Long Tom River was marked with a sign that read, "The Upper River Loop." Here, the "Loop" referred to one path through the fair.

Handmade Boats Floated In The River
Small handmade boats floated in the river just south of the "River Loop Two" sign. They were all sailboats that were unmoving because of a total lack of wind. Although the river was a mere creek here, the presence of these boats made it seem larger.
