Near to one of the music venues was a small group teaching folk how to balance one person atop another person's feet. This activity was protected from rain and sun by a large parachute overhead.

A library had been set up with hundreds of books available to read. There were all sorts of books in the library, ranging from art books to novels, from children's books to how-to manuals. Books could not be checked out, but had to be read in the library.

A photo booth had been set up so that fair attendees could take selfies. The twist here was that the booth supplied costumes and a frame with the "Oregon County Fair" sign on it.

A booth allowed people to sign in to undergo altered healing on one side, or to receive altered advice on the other side. It was unclear exactly what "altered" meant in this context.

A large totem pole had been leaned over onto its back and was on display so that folks could easily examine it. A the far end were stairs to a platform to more easily examine the top of the totem.

There were several smoking areas around the fair, most close to where people walked which made them hard to avoid. But there were also non-smoking areas, such as the one shown here. This latter form of area was conducive to the activity of rest.

Another seating area had a chess board set up. Alas but chess appeared to be unpopular at the fair this particular afternoon.

A circular area had been draped in brightly colored cloths, all free hanging so that people and kids could easily wander through them and get lost in any of their many colors.
