Columbus Tower, San Francisco
There were two well known wedge-shaped buildings in San Francisco. This Columbus Tower building was one, and was also locally known as the Coppola Building because film director Francis Ford Coppola purchased the building in 1970 and set up his American Zoetrope Studios there. The building is best noted for its copper exterior.

Oval Windows
A building on Bay Street in San Francisco had curved glass in its bay windows and dramatic oval windows exposing a central staircase. Note that sadly not all curved windows in the City have curved glass. Once broken, curved glass is almost impossible to replace and so is often replaced with flat glass.
