On Blue Painted Wall With Blue Painted Wires
An old electricity meter was mounted on a newly painted blue wall. The sloppy paint job caused some of the wires to become blue, but an old paint job edged the meter's face in brown.

A rusty meter near the ocean
This power meter was found mounted to the cinder block wall of the restrooms near the parking lot and bus stop. It was dirty and rusted because it was near the beach and ocean. The first step a power meter, the last a clock
The power meter for this home was installed on a fence post at the base of the front stairs. There were two weather heads at the top of the pipe (not shown). One received the power, the other fed it overhead to the house. Roadside meters were in a bright red box
A wooden box of power meters provided electricity to a farm next to the restaurant. Note that power from each meter was turned off and on using knife switches. Open meter box illustrated use of a knife switch
This power meter was found outside and across the street from the restaurant. It appeared to be power for a sign, but the wiring appeared very unsafe. A meter was attached to the side of the building
On a cruise of the interior this modest home was seen on shore. Even in the jungle, a home had access to electricity. Note how the meter was installed high and just under the eve of the roof to protect it from rain. Seaside weather can be hard on electrical components
This box was used to protect the power meter. Because the box was within a fifty paces of the beach, it had rusted with fierce determination. In the city, a more urbane electricity meter
The striped board drew the eye to this power meter. Nothing subtle about a meter on the front of a building.
