Warehouse Boxes

A warehouse had been converted to small individual offices for rent. Instead of installing a bank of commercial mail slots, this warehouse opted to install shelves upon which outdoor mailboxes could be installed. Lower cost and a more interesting effect.

Two possiblities led to the elevated 109A. Either 109A used to rest between 107 and 110, that is until 107 needed a larger box, thereby forcing 109A up and over. Or 109A was constructed later in time than either 107 and 110. So it needed a mailbox added when no space was left to insert that mailbox. The first possibility spoke to greed, whereas the second spoke to poor planning.
