Killed Ivy
Ivy lined the sidewalk of Bryant Street where it passes over Delancey Street. Each winter it is killed back so that it will not overgrown the side walk the following year. Even though killed back, it still manages to almost block the sidewalk by late fall.

Wall Of Ivy
The section of Stockton Street over the Stockton Street tunnel looked like a normal San Francisco neighborhood. At the corner of Emma Street was a huge wall of ivy. The stop light was included in this shot to lend a sense of scale.

Ivy In Late Fall
On the wall just across from the Ice Skating Rink, ivy began to turn into its fall colors as winter neared. Because this was California, summer green still mixed with fall red.
