Video Of Brice Creek
A composite of several videos made of the waterfall and the creek itself. They run from the roughest area through the calmest area.

High Water In The Past
It was clear from trees washed up on the shore that high water had flooded through here in the past. This creek must be much higher during the winter rain season.

A Wide Placid Pool
The easiest access to the creek was just off the parking lot. The creek was wide and placid here, but the beach was composed of nothing but boulders.

A Cascade Downhill
The creek ran through rocky ground and so would have rough patches like this. You could call this mini rapids for Lilliputians.

Tree Wasting Away
Across the creek once grew a tree. That tree died sometime in the past and was now slowly wasting away.

A Leaf Caught In Eddies
A leaf had fallen into the creek and floated until it had become caught in eddies and become unable to move further downstream.

A Crush Of Leafs
A crush of leafs, each caught in the same current, all striving mightily to dam the creek and stay the waters.

Creek Looking Back
The creek seen by looking back in the direction of the road and bridge. A large two-year-old stood by a tree and gave scale to the scene. Notice how the rocks gave way to a large placid pool in the foreground.

Grass Split Rocks
Grass grew between the cracks of rocks and would, if given enough time, eventually split the rock into two or more pieces. So began the slow transformation of rocks into soil.
