A large picnic area was next to a good sized parking lot (off camera left). Here, chairs and a tent had been set up but nobody was around to use them.

The snack bar was closed during the off season. Notice the presence of an old fashioned pay phone with an actual phone book hung under it.

The limits of the swim area were marked with floats. During the rainy season, as when this shot was taken, the water level was unusually high.

A water level view of Lake Anza from the forest surrounding it. Note that the path around the lake was flooded during the winter and so circumnavigation was not possible.
