An exhibit described one method used when de-spurring roosters. "Spurs are bony projections that jut out from the legs of adult male poultry (roosters, guinea fowl, and pheasants)."

An award winning exhibit described the silver penciled cochin bantam chicken. The hen shown here was named "Snowshoes".

This exhibit described the steps taken to determine the health of a rabbit. The check began with eyes, ears and nose, and ended with a check of the gender and the health thereof.

One exhibit was labeled, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?" But that exhibit compared and contrasted farm raised to store bought eggs. The bottom line? Farm fresh eggs were better.
