A sign on the outside of the fence surrounding the tent was a sign that read, "Festival of Eugene, Art Zone, Whiteaker Tattoo Collective."

Garbage Cans Too

Not only was there art hung on the fence, but the garbage cans were also painted into a suggestion of art with the words, "Feed Me," on one of them.
