The Left Eye
The left eye of the porpoise sculpture was surrounded by a painted flower. The eye itself was a faceted shape carved into the head of the porpoise.

The hump on the back of the porpoise sculpture was decorated with tadpole shapes. Wear on the sculpture was from years of children sitting and playing on the sculpture.
