New Condos Bordered New Park
The park as seen from 3rd Street looking toward the bay. Notice the low, immature trees of a new park, and how it is bordered by brand new condominium buildings.

Long Wide Lawn
A long wide lawn ran from 3rd Street almost all the way to the bay. The yellow building at the end was an old neighborhood bar and grill. Offices bordered the park along its right, condominiums along its left.
