A sign over the entrance to the park, read, "Francisco Park" and in smaller letters, "San Francisco Recreation & Park Department."

Also at the entrance to the park was a map of the park.

Facing the entrance was a concrete retaining wall with the words, "Francisco Park," etched into it.

A winding path led up from entrance to the higher levels of the park.

A large dog run was located at the base of the hill. There were many benches inside the dog run. Many people with dogs were present that morning.

At the top of the park was a large oval shaped lawn, upon which folks could play.
