Gathered before noon
The parade was scheduled to start at noon, so folks began to arrive early. The parade was supposed to begin at noon but first there were announcements, followed by a group photo opportunity. Lesson at the Federal Reserve
The first stop for the parade was inside the atrium for the Federal Reserve Bank on Market Street between Spear and Main Streets.
