The Parade Began
The parade began at the intersection of 24th Street and Bryant Street. Bicycle mounted police lead the parade. They stopped at each intersection and installed the barricades, then moved on in advance of the parade. Staging for the parade was on either side of 24th along Bryant.

Watched The Parade
One family watched the parade from the comfort of their apartment. Their building had received a fancy paint job because of a fish restaurant located below.
