Basura Can On Volcano
A volcanic stone encrusted Basura (Spanish for Garbage) can was found on the top of Masaya Volcano next to the opening that was currently spewing carbon monoxide and sulfur.

Cigarette Pack And Scrap Of Tape
High atop a volcano, and alongside the trail, an empty pack of cigarettes was found lying on the ground next to a bit of discarded electrical tape. Had someone used the tape to hold an emergency pack of smokes hidden?

Many Plastic Bottles Discarded
Many plastic bottles had been discarded in a trash can at the start/end of the trail that looped around the volcano's rim. One coke bottle and many water bottles were present, one of which had been used as an ashtray.
