This house was animated in time to an FM station. A car could drive along the street in front and tune to that station. The result was a light show timed to that broadcast Christmas music.

The next house on the tour around Concord was also a timed light show. This house featured animated mini-shows inside its front windows.

One house was more modest in its display. A couple of light reindeer and a lit snowman decorated the lawn. A few bushes and the trim of the house were lit, but the lights were not timed but rather just remained turned on.

A garage was outlined in lights. The reflections off wet concrete added to the display which included a lit Santa on the porch.

Another animated house, this one a low ranch-style house with "Merry Christmas" in lights on its roof. The yard showed a small manger setting and dozens of more festive characters.

Fallen soldiers on the window ledge above a sign that read, "God Bless America." Perpetual candles flanked the sign.

A two-story home with an American flag on the front. Its yard featured a Nativity scene outlined in lights. A train on the entry walkway's wall completed the scene.

A Christmas present created using lights. It wrapped the space inside which was clearly empty. Perhaps symbolic of the hollow commercial aspect of Christmas.

Across from the overly decorated house was a typical modestly trimmed suburban home. Notice the lavish home across the street reflected in the front windows.

This home was filled out front with dozens of Christmas themed toys. A low fence bordered the yard and flashed on and off. It was off when this shot was taken.

An inflated Santa held an inflated bear and waved at the passing cars. Note the lights inside these inflated figures.

One home was decorated in blue icicles. The effect, although simple, was strikingly beautiful.

One yard had a pair of polar bears out front. The heads moved slowly back and forth. The lights in the head of the smaller bear had failed because of rain.
