Even old carrousels have rules
William Carter, Monday 12 May 2008 Neither wishing to remove nor change the caption, I do wish to note that the "old carrousel" owner has posted some pretty wussy rules. Each one has the sad signature of a dying, desperate, and hopelessly litigious State. Carrousels are for fun. Only for fun. The rule should read (actually, it should be clearly understood), "Have Fun". Only part of an angel on this saddle
William Carter, Tuesday 13 May 2008 This image is of an animal I did work on, but which was from a different bunch. Those "gems" were added by me circa late 70's.
