A man stood in front of the Robotic Coffee Bar and waited for his coffee to be ready. A robotic arm behind the glass transferred the prepared coffee from the dispenser to the serving slot.

A man behind the curtain was the manual part of robotic service. He kept the robot stocked with materials such as cups, and sold baked goods to the public. The man behind the curtain also allowed folks to spin a wheel to win a piece of fresh fruit. Kiosks provided self-service access for coffee orders.
