A Man Of Many Buttons
A man of many buttons, who wore a button baseball cap, was among the early birds to arrive that morning. You would think that such a man would be more on the button.

Man With A Logo
A man arrived who walked using a walking stick. In his other hand he held up a wordless sign with the logo for the Church of the Last Laugh. It is always quieter near a man with a mute sign.

A Monkey On His Shoulder
A handsomely bearded man wearing a stylish straw hat walked around with a monkey on his shoulder. One can only presume the monkey crawled there from the man's back.

Dueling Texting
Two adult men stood turned slightly away from each other and dueled with texting. Would it not have been easier for them to face each other and talk.

The Drums Began To Play
Shortly after noon, the traditional drums began to play. A festively-fast rhythm that drew the faithful into an ever tightening circle.

The Crowd Spilled Into The Street
So many people arrived just in time that they began to spill out into the street. Notice how the three Doggie Diner heads also turned to listen to the drumming.

The Mood Was Festive
The mood was festive just moments before the parade began. One sign read, "Not just another stupid religion." Another sign in Spanish read, "XXX," which translates into English as, "XXX."
