The pupils of the eyes of the skull car with hat were made of hanging balls that could light. They were suspended which caused them to move in unison as the car turned, stopped and started.

Teeth And Front Wheels

The teeth of the skull car with hat were formed by outlines in purple. The front wheels of the skull could be steered. Also notice the headlight tucked just under the cheekbone of the skull.
