A man was just burying a stand in the sand to support another banner for sale. He offered a wide range of very colorful cloth banners for sale at the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival. You could tell from how limp they banners were how little wind there was that day.

Hot Dogs Roasted On An Open Grill

Several food stalls were doing a brisk business that afternoon at the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival. This particular booth offered hot dogs for sale. They were being grilled over a flame by a woman holding metal tongs.

Hand Made Tortillas

Another booth offered Mexican food for sale. Here, tortillas were being made by hand. Notice how the hands wore gloves for health safety, and how the person making the tortilla drank a soda from a recyclable aluminum can.
