San Francisco B.B.Q. was present with huge outdoor propane grills, steaming and grilling sausages.

Just outside San Francisco B.B.Q. was a table loaded with condiments. Clearly this table had seen considerable use.

The Rainbow Snow Shaved Ice booth also sold "Corn Dogs - Freedom Fries, Chicken Wings." Their prices were:

The Spice Affairs booth was, "Your Road to Authentic Indian Street Food, Spicy upon Request only."

At Chef Bruce Aidells Sausage "we hand select the freshest ingredients and craft our all-natural sausage in small batches every day."

The Original Recipe Kettle Korn booth sold kettle korn and cheap sodas, only a dollar each for coke, diet coke, sprite, and water.

The Cajun Queen Zen Jambalaya booth sold "Crab cakes, Zen Jambalaya, and Hand Cut Cajun Fries."

The Ghanaian, Afro-Caribbean Cuisine, Sankofa, sold, "Jollof rice, Ginger Fried Plantain, Khebabs, Grilled Salmon Steak, Barbeque & More..."

Another booth sold "Chicken Breast Strips, Golden French Fries, Hot Potato & Spinach Knishes, All Beef Hot Dogs."

This booth sold, "Fish + Chips, Pupusas Salvadorean Corn Cakes, Garlic French Fries, B.B.Q Oysters, Oysters on the half shell." And not to forget: "Catfish and fries."

The Fist Of Flour Pizza Co. established 2010, offered both meat and cheese pizzas, whole or by the slice.

The only food truck at the fair was the Doc's Of The Bay Food Truck . On it were various signs listing, "Doc's Classic Burger $7.35, The Black Bean Burger $6.90, French Buttermilk Fried Chicken $7.82, Chocolate Cookies $1.38, French Fries, Green Beans, or the Double Whammy $2.30, Doc's Box Classic Burger + side, $9.20, Bean Burger + side $8.74, Fried Chicken + side $9.66."

One booth set out a sample of a fried funnel cake that was for sale. Here it was topped with apples and whipped cream. Note that, although the fork looked plastic, all utensils at the fair were compostable.

Sausages, peppers, and onions were laid out and ready to be grilled at the San Francisco B.B.Q. booth.

Free samples of gluten-free crackers topped with dairy-free cream cheese at the Daiya booth. The dairy-free cream cheese had the flavor and texture of real cream cheese.
