Dumpster number A137 was parked alongside a sidewalk just outside the city center in Eugene, Oregon. A person walking away on the sidewalk wore a hoodie the same color as the dumpster. White spray paint defaced the front of the dumpster with graffiti.

Another dumpster was parked on an alley on the other side of a wide, leaf strewn lawn. A reflector sign was suspended from a cable and barred entry to the leaf strewn lawn from the alley. On the far side of the dumpster stood three plastic trash and recycling bins.
