The mural was on the front of the Sausalito Animal Hospital building and was low to the ground. It featured one human, one cat, and three dogs all comfortably sharing the space.

Each individual in the mural had a name. The human was named, "Dr. Ray." The dogs were named, from left to right, "Tracker", "Bubba", and "Scout." The cat was named, "Baby."
