A Tight Crowd Carved
The statue featured a tight crowd of people all gathered into a confined space. The location of the statue was well chosen, overlooking Nye Beach in Newport, Oregon.

Not Just People But Creatures Too
The statue was composed of not just people. Near the top on this face were two owls.

A Man Peeked Out From Behind
On the beach facing side of the sculpture was this face of a man, a scarf around his neck, and peeking out from behind a carved woman's hair.

Carved Man Stared Toward Town

Upside Down Man
A man hung upside down from the sculpture and next to his upside down face were dozens of tiny faces crowded together.

A woman's face was the highest person carved into this sculpture. She was facing the sea, the beach, and the next tsunami.
