Cervantes Head
Cervantes head was atop a rock and looked down at his creations. Kneeling at the base of the rock were Don Quixote of La Mancha and his squire Sancho Panza, the characters from Cervantes' novel.

The Plaque
A metal plaque was attached to the rock of the statue. It read, "Cervantes 1547 AD 1616."

Cervantes Head
A closer view of Cervantes head mounted atop the rock. His head was shaded by a eucalyptus tree. Spiders had set up home in the ruffles of his collar.

Sancho Panza's Hat
Sancho Panza was one of the two characters kneeling below Cervantes' head. Sancho Panza held his hat in his left hand as he kneeled.
