Venus With Rope
|
On Tehama Street
The statue was located on Tehama Street just off Third Street where the road had recently been converted to a pedestrian mall. Not all businesses had been occupied yet. The statue was well back from Third Street and not readily visible from the Third Street sidewalk.

Front Torso
A close up shot of the front torso. Just like the real Venus De Milo statue at the Louvre Museum , this torso was also missing its arms. But unlike the Venus De Milo this statue was also missing a head.
