Tall Narrow Windows

Two Men
Two men approached each other on the street. They might have been strangers, or they might have been two gay men about to meet, or perhaps one was a woman in disguise, or they were spies during the cold war. The artist said, "The two men (one young and well dressed, the other older, rumpled and shuffling) were, for me, a Jungian metaphor for how we meet ourselves on the road of life."

A Straight Crack
A crack ran mathematically straight through the stone pillars supporting the front of a building. The artist clarified, `The "crack in the wall' is a small metal spacing strip that, for some reason, was placed at the middle of the wall, in between the first and second floors. Not really too interesting or mysterious, it was just something I had to `ignore' when I painted the mural."
