Ring Of Statues
A ring of statues surrounded the former statue of Francis Scott Key. His statue had been removed. The ring of statues represented 350 slaves, the first slaves imported from Africa.

The protesting statues were composed of coiled metal topped with a flat plate for a face with braided metal for hair.
