Bird In Silhouette
A metal pelican perched on the top of a log in front of a closed fresh fish market in Winchester Bay, Oregon. The bird stood in silhouette and appeared to watch the passersby. A pelican is a sea bird that dives to catch fish. And so is the appropriate symbol for a fish market.

Pair Flew
A pair of metal pelicans flew on a bitter cold morning. So cold, that the edges of their wings were frosted white. They flew over fallen rose leaves and alongside a fallen wire fence.
