This "Time Signature" sculpture was located facing Howard Street atop a short but wide staircase. Unfortunately it was slightly obscured by trolley-bus wires.

The sculpture rested on a small plaza in front of an office building the outside of which was covered in blue tinted glass windows.

The base of the sculpture was anchored firmly (but invisibly) to the concrete just below the granite covering.

An access plate provided the means for the top part of the sculpture to be connected to the bottom part. Inside were probably stout bolts.

A close-up shot of three of the sections showed how handsome the stainless steel looked in bright sunlight.

This sculpture was identified by letters etched into the granite walkway surrounding it.
